it's a fajita night
I love fajitas for dinner because they are a] easy & b] easy to make healthy. I like a little grilled chicken breast + sautéd bell peppers with any natural fajita or taco seasoning, whole wheat tortillas, a titch of cheese, & sometimes if I'm feel extra indulgent, a smidge of low fat sour cream.
