3 ways I'm having my cake

1] Eat as clean & as close to perfect for those meals I'm on my own & have the most control; usually breakfast & lunch. Then for those meals with the hubs or friends, I can relax a little.
2] Exercise everyday-- gives me a little wiggle room.
3] Compromise. Ok, so sometimes I just want a burrito from Chipotle. To keep it from becoming a major splurge, I go riceless, sourcreamless, & easy on the cheese.
