Set your pace with breakfast. An enormous breakfast platter. bad news. An empty pastry. no good. Eating enough to get me through the morning, but leaving endless possibilities for fun and treats later is always a safer bet. And if I start the day making healthy choices, I'm much more likely to continue to make healthy choices the rest of the day.
