Always leave a few bites on my plate. I can't eat perfectly all the time. I can't eat grilled salmon and steamed broccoli every night. I just can't and be a sane human being. So, by eating a little less, I can afford to have a little more freedom in what I eat. All the while, I can remain the ravishing creature I intend to be.

ReplyDeleteHi, I came over on a link from A Little Sussy. I am in a place right now where I'm trying to strengthen and tone up my body after a few sedentary years (well not completely) and post preganacy. Also, I've been working on rule #32 a lot lately. I'm excited to follow your blog. :)
