taste this tuesday: arugula salad with caramelized onions, goat cheese, & candied walnuts



Anytime time arugula is involved, I feel more gourmet. I would probably sub the country bread croutons for whole wheat. And if you really want to go crazy, you could do the walnuts plain. But where's the fun in that? Recipe here. Epicurious.
