But I am going to find one that I can stick to and love! I want to get into Pilates for a long leaner me! Oh, and bonus-I DO love that my arms are strong. Must be from all that housework! :)

New reader here! My fitness goal for a summer "bod" is to run at least 3 times a week. I am not a runner, but see the results on people who do, so I'm going to give it a go. Started by running for five minutes (around the block) on Sunday. Almost killed me, but I survived.
ReplyDeleteThing I love about me: Strong arms and shoulders!
The summer goal for my bod is to firm up the after baby jiggle =)
ReplyDeleteBody part I love - my shoulders. They've always been my favorite part to show off.

ReplyDeleteHi Jenny! I would love to win the DVD! I am so in need of a good workout. My goal for my summer bod is to tone up doing a workout I love.
ReplyDeleteAnd the thing I love about me, my long legs!
Wear a swimsuit WITHOUT board shorts! No more being ashamed of my thighs and butt!
ReplyDeletemy summer goal: tone my arms & abs (badly needed-- i think i'll need to get myself one of those DVDs) and continue doing cardio several times a week to stay in shape...here's hoping i can keep it up!
ReplyDeleteSomething I love about my body is its curves...they are kind of cool.
ReplyDeleteooh i would love to win this!! i have been wanting to get into pilates for a while - i've heard good things. summer goal: umm look hot in a bikini, duh! ;) thing i love about my body: my legs & little wrists & ankles.. haha i know that's weird.
ReplyDeleteI really want to lose the 5 lbs I've gained this winter and get toned.
ReplyDeleteI love that I can have babies! That was definitely the most amazing thing my body has done. :)
ReplyDeleteWhile I decidedly don't love my abs (yet), I do love my legs -- long, lean and strong. Put me in a mini skirt and heels and I don't care (much) what size my tummy is.
ReplyDeleteI really want to be able to tone my body and make it bathing suit worthy!!
ReplyDeleteI love that my body can hike mountains and that it has the ability to run! I hope I can train for a half marathon this summer!! This workout would be the perfect beginning!
ReplyDeleteI just love your blog. It's so uplifting!
ReplyDeleteI love my body because it let's me do all the things I love to do. In Feb as I was packing a giant backpack around the streets of Rio de Janeiro I was so grateful for a body that could do it!
My goal for my summer body is to add more tone and muscle to my body. I really think this Karen Voight workout would help.
This summer is a little different than all the rest...instead of working to get swimsuit ready, I'm working on keeping this little baby in me healthy, while hopefully having a hot bod!
ReplyDeleteMy goal is to stick with running...I'm actually enjoying it for the first time in my life and hopefully it will help me be in good shape this summer.
ReplyDeleteSomething I like is that my body can somewhat get back to normal after a baby. It'll probably never be exactly like it was before but it's amazing it can bounce back at all after all it has gone through!

ReplyDeleteMy goal is to develop the upper body strength necessary to finally, after all these years, be able to pull myself out of the lake onto the dock, rather than needing a rope ladder or one of the guys lifting me.
ReplyDeleteI love that no matter how luscious my hips might get, my waist stays determinedly tiny.

ReplyDeleteI love that my body has gotten stronger and makes me feel more capable! My goal is to be more confident this summer, not because of how I look, but because of how I feel!
