I love all three of these magazines! It's been a while sense I picked one up at the grocery store, but I guess my favorite would be Shape. My workout of choice is pilates.

I love SELF magazine! And recently, I've begun doing interval training while I run. It leaves me feeling really satisfied in my work-out...gotta change it up every now and then!

I would love a subscription to self! I love their workouts and recipes. My workout of choice would definitely be spinning, though I don't get to go very often now that I have changed gyms.
all three are so great, but i would have to go with SELF or SHAPE. i can't decide! my favorite workout of choice: anything p90x. i love a good challenge. also, love me a good, long run.
hi! what a fun blog you have here, i just hopped on over from ashley taylors and am so happy i did! my favorite work out is kickboxing, i just got certified to be an instructor in december and have been teaching a few classes, it's so fun and challenging to teach! love it!
Jenny! Probably Shape. Dancing is my favorite workout, but since it's only American Smooth these days, I look to a good run to keep my energy going and body healthy.
