my meal plan

First thing
 hot water w/ lemon

Breakfast
 plain yogurt sweetened by Truvia +  berries + Pumpkin Flax Plus Granola

Lunch
 spinach salad w/ apples + cranberries + red onion + turkey

Snack
 unsweetened applesauce + light string cheese

Dinner
 Slow cooked shredded BBQ chicken on whole wheat bun + fav raw veggies

Treat
 Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie
[Chop up the walnuts in a blender. It gives a good texture and flavor without being too nutty, I love it this way!]

  2. It's just a good way to start your day. It's used in a lot of cleanses and diets. And I like something warm in the morning.
