You asked for it, here it is.

first thing: Peppermint tea
breakfast: Heritage Whole Grains cereal w/ soy milk
lunch: Pita Sandwich w/ tuna, swiss cheese, sweet red peppers, mustard & sprouts [can you tell I'm crazy about pitas lately?]
afternoon snack: Nectarine w/ light string cheese
dinner: Grilled chicken, broiled asparagus, toasted whole grain french bread
little treat: Little piece of dark chocolate
