There are some things I just stay aways from, like Wheat Thins, for example. I love Wheat Thins, but a] I can never just have a couple, b] until recently, they've been made with high-fructose corn syrup, and c] when I eat them I swear my face is puffier. I can't explain it, but I stick to Triscuits. No puffy face.
Thanks for the heads up that they're not made with high-fructose corn syrup anymore!

- simplicity. sparkly things. baked goods. long summer days. the right beat. my one true love. a good sweat. and a long savasanna.

Wheat Thins are not made with High Fructose Corn Syrup anymore! It says right on the box. I was really happy.
ReplyDeleteI'm the same way, they taste too good to just have a few. Have I mentioned how much I love your blog? If not, I LOVE it!
