You love your sweets and treats! 42% of you say that's your biggest setback. Portion control then bread & carb consumption trailed behind, with very few of you struggling with tired eating and even fewer struggling with snacking. I, however, love to snack! I would have to say snacking and eating bread & carbs are my two little vices.
