Run. Walk. Hike. Do some Jumping jacks. Shoot some hoops. Play Rugby  like Matt Damon. Bend it like Beckham. Do some push ups, pull ups, or sit ups. Dance around. Get a Yoga/Pilates/kickboxing/aerobicize DVD. Go for a bike ride. Join your community center.
