my morning smoothie

I love this smoothie. It's packed with good stuff. The spinach is optional, however you really can't taste it and it's a great way to sneak in a serving of vegetables.

ps: I should let you know I am not really one for measurements. It is all according to taste and consistency.

Approx. 1 cup soy milk
[or rice milk, cow's milk, or water]
1 large handful of spinach
1-2 handfuls of berries of your choice
[I'm loving blueberries & strawberries lately]
1 small banana [half of a large banana]
1-2 packets stevia [any natural sweetener will do]
1 scoop Aria [natural protein powder for women]
get Aria at Trader Joes or order here.
