Cardio, cardio, cardio. As much as I love Pilates, cardio is necessary. I feel better about my heart-health, I sleep harder, I have more energy, my round face is thinner [I can actually see my cheekbones], and that extra layer of insulation around my butt and thighs has slowly but surely shrunk.
