just got it for a steal on amazon! i love ballet and miss it so much, i can't wait to add something new to my workout routine. thanks!!
ReplyDeleteWould someone who has never done ballet (well, not since 4th grade, anyway) be able to do these? I've looked into them before, but I've been too worried that they'd be too difficult for me.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I think you'd be just fine. The focus is to give a good workout without being too advanced or complicated.
