Ready, set, get excited! With only two weeks left until we are fully immersed in the holiday season, I thought we could all use a healthy extra push. So in honor of the impending holidays, it's time to step it up to look and feel your best this year.
the challenge:
[1] Starting Wednesday: workout for at least 30 minutes 12 out of the next 14 days [11/11- 11/25]. Things to remember: balance your strength training with cardio, balanced bodies are happy bodies. However, if you have to resort to dancing around your living room, that works. The important thing is to do something everyday. Make this your most fit holiday season yet.
[2] Let me know how it goes! I want to hear from you, if it was harder or easier than you expected. You're input is important!
[3] Listen to your body. Sometimes rest is what your body needs, especially during the flu season. So if you're not ready for 6 days a week do your best to challenge yourself in small ways first. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you.
